I’m beyond excited to share some incredible news—one of my portraits was selected to be featured in a National Art Show hosted by the Photography Business Institute in Springfield, Illinois!

As a boutique photographer based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, my mission has always been to capture life’s most authentic and beautiful moments, transforming them into timeless works of art. When I first started photographing my family and grandbabies, I never imagined my work would travel beyond the Pacific Northwest, let alone be displayed alongside talented artists from across the country.

The selected image (See below!) holds a special place in my heart. It’s a portrait that reflects everything I love about photography: genuine expression, natural beauty, and the art of storytelling. Knowing that this piece resonated with a national jury is both humbling and energizing—it’s a reminder that moments captured with care and intention truly do connect us, no matter the distance.
